1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our patterns and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the library bundle for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 calendar days from your purchase date. This guarantee applies even if you have already downloaded pattern files. Common reasons we cover include:

  • Difficulty downloading, opening, or accessing the Google Drive folders.
  • Issues printing or scaling the layered PDF files on your home printer.
  • Sizing layouts not meeting your sizing expectations.
  • Accidental duplicate purchases.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer success team by email at admin@indie-patterns.com or send a ticket through our Contact Page. Please include:

  • Your full name used during checkout.
  • The email address associated with the purchase.
  • Your order ID or transaction receipt number.

Once received, our support team will verify your purchase details and process your refund request within 24 to 48 hours.

3. Refund Processing & Timeline

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during checkout (Stripe or PayPal). Please note:

  • Credit card refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your card issuer.
  • PayPal refunds are usually reflected in your PayPal balance immediately.
  • You will receive an automated email confirmation the moment the refund is initiated on our system.

4. Deactivation of Access

Because our patterns are digital files delivered via download links and secure cloud storage:

  • Upon processing a refund, your access to the private member Google Drive folder and its shared directories will be deactivated.
  • You will no longer receive free monthly pattern updates.
  • You are required to delete any pattern files or booklets downloaded to your personal devices.

5. Policy Exclusions

We cannot process refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date. If you experience technical difficulties after this period, our support team remains fully available to help you troubleshoot printing, download, or pattern assembly issues.
